Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 16th April 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
It is free to register to be a Seller.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
The Sale will take place on Saturday 16th April 2016 at St Mary’s Primary School from 11.00am-12.30pm. Current NCT
members can enter at 10.45am on production of a valid membership card.
Sellers will be required to drop items off at St Mary’s School on the Saturday morning between 8.30am-9.00am and
collect unsold items between 2.00pm-2.30pm on the Saturday. Please only apply for a pack if you can make
arrangements round these times.
You will be automatically assigned a seller number by the online registration system. Sellers who sold at the last sale
(Sept 15) should be assigned the same number as they used at the last sale, however, please treat the number given to
you as part of the registration as provisional until you receive the email containing a sellers pack with your confirmed
sellers number.
You will be asked to opt for payment by BACS where possible. All information is held securely on this site – bank
information is not viewable by branch volunteers. Payment by cheque is still available, but costs NCT more time and
effort. BACS payments are normally sent on the Friday after the sale and arrive in your bank account on the following
Tuesday. We cannot guarantee the arrival of cheques but they will usually take longer to arrive than BACS payments.
You will receive a seller’s pack after registration that tells you what to do and how the process works.
Fancy grabbing a bargain in the process? Then please come along and help out for the day. Set-up starts at 8am and
we’ll be wrapped up by 3pm. More helpers mean we get the job done more quickly and the biggest incentive is that you
get to shop at the volunteer pre-sale! It’s a chance to peruse and buy before we open to NCT members and the general
public. Sellers who volunteer for 5 hours or more will also receive a reduction on the commission rate to 25%. We rely on
volunteers to make these sales a success and the old adage "many hands make light work" really does apply! If you
