Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 24th April 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT.

Receive 75% of proceeds - Help as a volunteer!
• Pre – Sale shopping (9.45am – if everything is ready)
• Help set up the hall on Saturday, 23rd April 2016 from 6.30-9pm (additional pre-sale shop before 9pm if hall is
ready)
• Help on SALE day from 8.15am until about 3.30pm. (Setup, sale, clear-away, collect unsold items)

Receive 50% of proceeds – Do not volunteer to help on the day of the sale.
• Simply drop off your items on Saturday between 7-9pm or on Sunday between 8.15 - 9.15am.
• Collect any unsold items between 2 – 2.30pm or donate the unsold items to a charity.
• After 2.30pm, any unclaimed items will be loaded onto the charity van.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email asking for a simple nickname for your labels (please reply to this
email ASAP so your labels can be sent to you). This label nickname provides you with anonymity and your real name
will not be revealed to customers during the sale. Repeat sellers will retain former nicknames and colours (unless you
ask for a different label name within 5 days of registration). Seller numbers will be for admin purposes only.

We will e-mail the customised labels as a Word Document so that you can print them on normal or card paper. Please
print your labels ASAP, as if you have any problems printing your labels we can send you 5 sheets (50 labels) but this
can not be done in the week running up to the sale.

We have spaces on our senior organisation team for anyone with a few extra hours to spare, please do get in touch if
you're interested!
