The price for an individual booking is £25.00.
The price for a couple booking is £45.00.
You may choose between Morning (9.30am to 12 noon) or Afternoon (1pm to 3.30pm) sessions.
Swindon NCT recognises how important it is for parents to have basic first aid skills and the confidence to use them in an emergency. However rare it is for accidents to happen, it’s great to know you’re prepared to cope if you need to. The NCT Baby first aid courses are suitable for parents, expectant parents and carers of babies and young children.
The course covers First Aid techniques for babies ( 0-1yrs) and children ( 1-12yrs).
Babies in arms are welcome to attend with adults - up to the age of 6 months.
Content includes:
- Loss of consciousness and CPR
- Choking
- Bleeding
- Burns
- High Temperatures
- Meningitis
The training is a 2.5 hour session with a qualified British Red Cross instructor. In small groups with plenty of opportunity to practice and ask questions.
The course will take place at Freshbrook Church, Worsley Road, Freshbrook, Swindon, SN5 8NU.
Booking is essential - no extra attendees are permitted on the course.
