Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 19th March 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £2.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

This sale is taking place at Magdalen Court School, Victoria Park Road, Exeter

Please opt for payment by BACS where possible. All information is held securely on this site - bank information is not
viewable by branch volunteers. Payment by cheque costs the NCT more time, postage and stationery. Payment by
BACS also saves you a trip to the bank!

Once registered, you will receive a sellers pack containing your instructions and seller labels. If you have not received
this within 5 days of registering, please email NNS.Exeterandeastdevon@nct.org.uk

Our sales can only go ahead with the help of our wonderful volunteers. If you would be able to volunteer at the sale,
please email nct317nnsvolunteers@gmail.com. Remember, volunteers get the opportunity to pre-shop and all day
volunteers will be subject to a lower commission rate!

We are introducing a cafe to the sale this time and would appreciate any donations of cakes - please email
NNS.Exeterandeastdevon@nct.org.uk if you are able to donate a cake so we can ensure we'll have enough.

By registering with us, you are confirming you agree with the following terms and conditions:

1. All items must be of ‘Nearly New’ quality, any clothes that are stained, well worn, ‘bobbly’, torn, or items that are
dangerous, damaged or incomplete (unless specified where this doesn’t affect the quality of the item) will be rejected.
These items will be returned to you at the end of the sale as long as the label clearly identifies the seller and has not
been incorrectly labelled/attached poorly (see below).

2. We try our hardest to maintain the security at this event but please remember that the NCT does not accept ANY
responsibility for the loss or damage of items that are put forward for the sale. Please make sure your labels are
correctly filled out and securely attached to your item. Unlabelled / poorly labelled items will be not be put out for sale
and may be given to charity.

3. The collection time for sellers to collect unsold items is between 3pm-3.30pm. The charity collection will leave at
3.30pm prompt and ANY uncollected items will be taken regardless of your preference for collection or donation or size /
price etc. Please ensure that you note the phone number given with your seller registration confirmation, in special
circumstances we may possibly be able to hold your items a little longer if you ring and speak to us.

4. Anyone who registers and then fails to turn up on the day without informing us or who has more than 10 items
incorrectly labelled / displayed will be refused a seller number for any further sales.

You will be required to provide a signature at seller registration on the morning of the sale to show you have read and
understood the above Terms and Conditions.
