Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 23rd April 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
The Hambleton NCT Spring Nearly New Sale will be held on Saturday 23rd April 2016 10.30-12.30 at
the Auction Mart in Thirsk. The £5 registration fee is refundable on confirmed attendance of the seller
at the sale. There is much demand for our seller numbers and so no-shows prevent other willing sellers
from being able to sell.

Please opt for payment by BACS where possible. All information is held on this site and cannot be
viewed by branch volunteers. This is by far the quickest and easiest way to be paid for your what you
have sold. If you wish to be paid by cheque, and/or would like you seller labels back after the sale, you
will need to provide a SAE on the day of the sale with a Large letter postage stamp on. Unless this is
provided we will not return seller labels. BACS payments will be sent out within 2 weeks of the sale.
Cheques may take up to a month to be issued.
Once you have registered to sell you will be sent a sellers number. The sellers pack and labels, with all
the information required to prepare for selling and what to do on the day of the sale can be found at -

Please ensure that you check your spam and junk folders as occasionally emails from the NCT account
go astray in here!If you sold at thee sale in October in Northallerton and wish to keep your seller number
please ensure you register by 6/3/16, otherwise you will be allocated a new number.
Please also consider volunteering to set up the night before or on the day of the sale - preferably all day
from 8am until 3pm but any help is appreciated. Without our amazing team of volunteers we would not be
able to run these events. To thank people for their time, we offer a volunteers pre-sale, to do some
shopping prior to the Earlybird opening for NCT members.
