The cost of registering to be a Seller is £7.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT.

Buying a sellers pack online here means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. They can be

The £7.50 'fee' includes a £5 deposit.
We ask you to only bring up to 20 items of clothing per 50 tickets you buy.
*the volunteer who posts the tickets out is now away on holiday for half term.
Sellers packs bought now will not be posted until 31st October. Sorry!
Please read all the information on this page as a lot has changed since our last sale:
CHANGES TO SELLERS PACKS:
1) REGISTRATION: To receive a sellers pack, you will need to register on here. This is a two step
process as they will need to verify your email address. Once you have paid you will receive a
confirmation email from us with a link to the sellers pack information. Your tickets will then be posted
out to you. There is no other way to get a sellers pack for this sale. You can not phone for a pack any
more.
2) COST: We have reduced the cost of a sellers pack to £2.50, and reduced the number of tickets you
get to 50. We found that more than half of sellers were using less than 50 tickets so thought this was a
better option for many people.
If you want 100 tickets, that is great - you merely need to buy an 'add on 50 tickets' when you register,
for an extra £2.50. You can buy two add ons if you would like (total 150 tickets).
The price to register of £7.50 includes a £5 deposit which will be refunded to you along with your
percentage of your sales. Unless you do not attend the sale in which case you forfeit your deposit along
with your sellers pack fee.
3) SELLERS PACK: In the past we used to post you many pages with information about how to sell
etc. This information will no longer be posted but is up on our website:

Scroll to the bottom of the page where there is a section titled 'Relevant Documents'. You will need to
read them all. Upon completion of registration you will receive an email with your sellers number in it
(hopefully - please get in touch if you don't!). Your tickets to fill in and attach to all your items will then
be posted to you (like usual).
4) SELLER NUMBERS: Upon purchasing a pack you will be issued a seller number - unfortunately for
this sale we can not issue you your old seller number (if you are a returning seller) as we are dropping
the 'A' & 'B'. However the number you are issued for this sale will be yours in future sales if you sell with
us in 2016.
5) PAYMENT: Payment will be by BACS NOT CASH for sellers from now on.
Due to changes with the NCT bank account, we will no longer be able to pay out by cash on the day.
We aim to let you know how much you have sold and what your takings will be when you collect your
goods at the end of the day but the payment will be transferred to your account after the sale (we
believe this may take a week or two).
Things that haven't changed:
1) Sellers need to be able to bring goods between 8:15am and 9am on Saturday 21st November. (Not
before 8:15 please as we aren't ready, and sellers arriving after 9 run the risk of their goods not being put
out for sale)
2) Sale will take place between 12 and 2pm (early entry for members at 11:45am).
3) Sellers must return at 3:45pm to collect unsold goods. Any items left behind at 4:15pm will be
donated to a charity. (A local charity who give items to families in need will be there to take any
donations at this time)
4) Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT. This helps us to
continue our work locally and nationally to support parents-to-be and new parents. For more information

5) We need 80 volunteers to run the sales, please consider volunteering your time to help us run the
