The cost of registering to be a Seller is £4.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

WELCOME!

The Autumn / Winter Nearly New Sale is run by the NCT North Staffs branch.

The Nearly New Sale will be taking place at Birches Head Academy, Birches Head Road, Hanley, ST2
8DD.

You will be automatically assigned the same seller number if you sold at the last sale in April 2015 AFTER
the registration process.

Unfortunately, the system issues the next available number to sellers as you register - please ignore this
number (new and previous sellers).

Once registered on this online system, we will send you another email from
nns.northstaffordshire@nct.org.uk confirming your seller number and some extra detail. If you have sold
before at our sale in April 2015 or September 2014, you will be assigned the same number.

Sorry for the confusion but as this is the first time we are registering online, it is creating a data base which
was previously on a spreadsheet (much easier). Once the online system is up to date with all sellers, the
next sale will be even easier!

If you are new to selling - welcome again! Selling is very simple. You will shortly receive a sellers pack on
email from Lynsey which tells you all you need to know. Anything you sell at this sale will be subject to a
30% donation to the NCT North Staffs branch.

To receive your sales payment, please opt for BACS where possible. All information is held securely on
this site, bank information is not viewable by branch volunteers. Payment by cheque costs the NCT more
time, postage and stationary (and it also saves you a trip to the bank!) BACS payments are normally sent
within 28 days after the sale. We cannot guarantee the arrival of cheques but they will usually take longer
to arrive than BACS payments.

NEXT STEPS

1. Once registered online, you will receive an automated email from Intrabiz confirming registration (and
the wrong seller number!).
2. A further email will also be sent by Lynsey Pace confirming your seller number and the sellers pack.
3. If you are an NCT member, you will notice a refund of £4.00 admin fee back on to the card you paid with.
4. Please consider volunteering on the day. We appreciate everyone has busy lives with family etc, so we
offer the opportunity to work shift 1 (8.30am - 11am) or shift 2 (11.30am - 2.30pm). To say thank you,
volunteers are entitled to shop before the sale in a limited window.
5. Donate a rail - we are short and really could do with more rails!

Finally, please check any emails sent to you to ensure that you are correctly registered. If you do not
receive any emails from us, please check your spam folder.
