Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 10th October 2015 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
We are holding the sale on Saturday 10th October, in St. Christopher's Church Hall in Morecambe, LA4 6EE. This is a larger and more accessible venue and we've had the offer of a kids' science demonstration and a bouncy castle. The usual hot drinks and cakes will be available too.
Once you register, you get a number which goes on every label on your items, along with the price and details. The major advantage of an NCT sale is that you drop off the items either the evening before or in the morning, and WE DO THE DIRTY WORK! Our group of volunteers displays, sells and takes the cash for the items. You return to collect any unsold things in the early afternoon.
****The registration fee is TOTALLY REFUNDABLE if you choose to receive your shares after the sale through the NCT BACS system as this costs the branch nothing. You'll get £2 back if you wish to receive your share by cheque as this incurs banking and postage costs (and is less convenient for everyone and takes longer). If you can't turn up and don't let us know a week before the sale, we consider the fee a branch donation for which we will be very grateful! ***
The Nearly New Sales are really fun to be involved in as we meet lots of parents who don't usually hear about the branch in other ways. There is tea and cake too, which can make the darkest day more enjoyable.
