Please Note: Table Fees are non refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, do not turn up or are too late to set up
you forfit your fee!
Timings: We will let you into the hall to set up from 9:00am.
The sale starts at 10.00am for NCT members (with proof of their membership),
10.30am for everyone else. The sale finishes at 12.00pm.
· NB. Booking fee is non refundable unless the event is cancelled.
· Sellers not in place by 9.45am will not be allowed into the hall to set up and will not be able to take part in the
sale. Table fees are non-refundable in this instance.
· The sale will end at 12.00pm and all unsold items must be packed away at this time and the Hall MUST be
cleared by 1pm.

Please make sure your fliers arrive no later than 12th September to insure inclusion in the goody bags. Please put a note
inside
with you name, company name and a contact email and phone number. We will notify you to let you know we have
received them.
Please note that it is your responsibility to get your fliers to us. We will not be able to chase you up if you have paid online
and not
sent your fliers. Payments made without fliers received are non refundable and non transferable.
