| Sale | Saturday 9th November 2019 (Sale Day) | 09:45 to 12:00 | Welcoming people on the door and taking entrance money, ensuring that the rails and tables are tidy, giving out NCT leaflets, packing, running a till, general supervising. | |
| After-sale tidying up | Saturday 9th November 2019 (Sale Day) | 12:00 to 14:00 | Returning unsold items to sellers boxes, dismantling rails and clearing the hall. |
